The school is managed by the Rajasthan Medical Society and Research Centre. The trust was established by the donors and Philanthropists with the aim to provide Modern Educational and Medical facilities to the population of the area, on a 100 acre plot of land on the outskirts of Sumerpur. To provide high quality education to the students in this area the trust started H.C.Bafna Intrnational School which gradually upgraded to senior secondary level. The School Management Committee comprises of 15 members.
